We guarantee our rugs and will replace or refund any products that are delivered to you which are faulty.

Normal wear and tear and the extreme things that some horse to do their rugs is not something we can provide a guarantee for.

Sometimes leg strap clips can break from normal use and these are guaranteed for 12 months from purchase and we will replace these at no cost.
