Looking Around and Ordering

Its easy !

As you look around our site you can view our various rugs by clicking on the pictures of products or the list of items on the left of the page. There are many ways to order and make payment as described below.

Internet Shopping Cart Ordering

Filling the Shopping Trolley

When you see what you like just click the Add to Cart button to put that item in your shopping trolley. Just like a normal shop there is no obligation to pay for anything until you fully complete the checkout process.

You can take things out of your shopping cart later if your change your mind.

Viewing Your Cart

Just click the view cart button on the top of the screen to see what is in your cart and the the total cost. You will see some options to delete and change items in your cart, continue shopping or complete your order.

Checking Out

To complete your order click the checkout button at the top of the screen. This will give you chance to enter your details so that we can send your order to you. There are a number of steps for you to verify to make sure the order is as you want it and plenty of chances to change things to make sure everything is right.

Order by Phone

Please give us a call on 026586 4429 and we can take your order and have it sent straight to your door.

We can make arrangements for payment in many ways including credit card, cheque, money order and direct bank transfer.

Order by Email

Just send us an email to sales@gohorse.com.au with your order and delivery details.

Please do not send any credit card information by email as it is not secure, just let us know your preferred payment method and we will contact you if needed.

Order by Mailorder

We can also accept your order by ordinary mail, just post you order to GoHorse PO Box 719 Wauchope NSW 2446. We simply need your order details, delivery information and payment method.

Payment Options

GoHorse provides a large number of payment options for you convenience. Please select your preferred payment method when you order or checkout from the online store. Details of the options are provided below:

Credit Card

Visa and Mastercard are accepted and your details are entered securely online so that we can process your order. We use fully secure 128bit encrypted SSL technology to protect any information you provide. Payments are not taken against your credit card until we dispatch your order. Credit card details can also be provided over the phone.

Cheque and Money Order

You can pay by posting a cheque or money order to us at GoHorse PO Box 719 Wauchope NSW 2446. As soon as payment is cleared we post your order straight away.

Direct Bank Credit

You can credit a payment directly to the GoHorse bank account from your bank or by your internet banking facility. Bank account details for GoHorse will be provided in your confirmation email when you order online or we will contact you for other ordering methods.

Pay Pal

We accept payment by Pay Pal. Just go to www.paypal.com.au and login to your personal account or create a new account. Payments should be sent to the GoHorse Pay Pal account at sales@gohorse.com.au.

Pay Pal is a secure payment method where your details are kept confidential by Pay Pal. Pay Pal has over 78 million customers. Pay Pal is owned by Ebay and is the primary payment method for all Ebay payments. For more information click here.

Credit Card Fraud Protection

GoHorse conducts checks on payments made by credit card to confirm the transaction is authorised by the card holder to protect you from fradulent use of a credit card. We may need to contact you for further details. Large credit card transactions may require other payment options to be used, please check with us if you have any questions.

Purchase Delivey

We use Australia Post to send our customers orders all over Australia quickly, cheaply and reliably.

Postage and packaging is $10.95 per rug anywhere in Australia that is serviced by Australia Post. We calculate the cost of postage and packing for your order when you checkout.

Please make sure that you provide a detailed delivery address with any special directions noted.

Returning Purchases

GoHorse guarantees the quality on all rugs sold and will replace or refund any faulty products. Simply contact us to an obtain a refund authorisation code for the refund and then post back to us and we will replace or refund and reimburse postage costs. GoHorse in not able to replace goods as a result of normal wear and tear and can not replace or refund goods returned without an issued refund authorisation code.

Our policy on wrongly selected goods is that we will replace your purchase with a product of the same value however you will need to cover return postage costs. We will only accept returns within 14 days of dispatch and the products must be in completey unused and new condition that can be resold. Rugs should be tried on over a clean underrug, soiled and dirty rugs can not be returned due to health reasons and will be returned to you at your cost.

Currency

All prices are in Australian dollars. GoHorse only sells products to customers with delivery addresses within Australia.
